Metallica Fortnite universe as the first band to take center stage in the game. Metallica : Fuel. Fire. Fury. will bring in-game performances to players, taking place only on June 22nd and 23rd – watch the trailer at the end of this article.
James Hetfield , Lars Ulrich , Robert Trujillo , and Kirk Hammett will be playable characters starting this Thursday, the 13th. The quartet will be available in the game's store, which will also feature some of the band's iconic songs to be played in music mode.
The setlist includes “Enter Sandman”, “Master of Puppets”, “Fuel”, “Ride the Lightning”, “The Unforgiven”, and “Wherever I May Roam”, with more songs coming in the future. There are also Lars' drum kits, Kirk's Gibson Les Paul guitar, emojis, and even alternative skins for the characters. The Metallica Fortnite is available for 1,800 V-Bucks.
The themed game will also be coming to other games : Fortnite: Battle Royale , LEGO Fortnite , and Rocket Racing .
This immersive musical experience will feature only six different show times over two days:
