At the start of the pandemic, Metallica provided some distraction to fans through #MetallicaMondays, where the band released a series of iconic shows from their career via livestreams.
Through social media, the musicians announced that they will be back with one last livestream this Monday, the 24th, making available the 2018 show Live in Lincoln, Nebraska , in honor of their founding All Within My Hands . The show can be watched from 9 PM (Brasilia time) this Monday on Metallica's official YouTube channel. Access the player at the end of this post.
Along with the announcement, the band also posted an enigmatic teaser of a clip from their 1992 San Diego show, featuring a performance of the song "Wherever I May Roam," and the mysterious caption "#BlackAlbum2021?". With the 30th anniversary of "The Black Album" approaching, it's possible Metallica has plans to celebrate the anniversary of one of their most memorable LPs.
