The film is set for release in September
Metallica band also unveiled the new movie poster (photo below).
The trailer was presented during Comic-Con on the 19th in San Diego. On that occasion, Lars Ulrich answered questions about Metallica's next album: "Next year will be totally focused on a new album. It should be released in about a year and a half."
"Through The Never" is composed of two parallel narratives: a Metallica concert and a story that doesn't feature any of the band members, starring actor Dane DeHaan. At a certain point in the film, the two stories merge.
