The mansion has 1,207 m²
According to SFGate, the mansion that belonged to Lars Ulrich in California is for sale for $12 million.
It has 1,207 square meters, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and is located a ferry ride from San Francisco Bay. It also features a studio, an underground sports court, a swimming pool, a sauna, and an aquarium above a bathtub.
The property is situated on an area totaling more than two acres, divided into three separate lots. The new owner prefers to sell them all together, but with the right offer, they might consider selling them separately.
Metallica moved to San Francisco in 1983, and Ulrich lived in the north of the city in 1990.
