, Metallica members Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo took to the stage at the Hollywood Bowl in California, along with saxophonist Kamasi Washington and his jazz band, for a performance of "My Friend Of Misery".
The full performance is nine minutes long and can be seen below. This reinterpretation of "My Friend Of Misery" is part of the special anniversary edition of The Black Album , for which Metallica invited over 50 artists to contribute their own versions of the album's tracks.
So far, a version of " Nothing Else Matters " by Miley Cyrus and Elton John , " Enter Sandman " sung by Colombian singer Juanes , and two versions of "Sad But True," one by St. Vincent and the other by Jason Isbell .
