The band will release deluxe versions of two classic albums
Metallica will release a deluxe version of Master Of Puppets that includes three vinyl records, ten CDs, a cassette tape, two DVDs, a book with previously unreleased photos, and much more. The re-release will take place on November 10th.
Now, they've announced that two more classic Metallica albums will be getting a new edition: …And Justice For All from 1988 and the Black Album from 1991. Check out the band's statement:
"With the deluxe versions of Kill 'Em All and Ride the Lightning, and now with Master Of Puppets about to be released, it's time to start thinking ahead with …And Justice For All and Metallica. As you may remember, we asked for help putting together the first three re-releases to make sure they all carried the fan stamp, and so we'll do it again.".
We're looking for anything you might have from August 1987 to July 1993. Photos (taken by you), flyers, tickets, backstage passes, or any other souvenirs you have from that time. If you interviewed James, Lars, Kirk, or Jason during that period and you still have the recording, please send it to us!
Leave your mark on these albums by sending an email to submissions@metclub.com to share your story and receive more information about the project. Nothing is too small. Share your file with your colleagues and have fun on this journey with us.”
