"Metallica" and "Slipknot" are among the most hacked passwords in the world.

Passwords like “Eminem” and “50 cent” have also been added to the UK government's list

If you use passwords with the names of your favorite bands, the chance of being hacked is higher. This was the conclusion of the UK government regarding internet security. Among the most hacked passwords in the world are band names like "Metallica," "Slipknot," and "Blink-182.".

The list also includes names of fictional characters such as "Superman," "Batman," "Pokemon," and others. Obvious numerical names are also a risk. "123456" and "123456789" have been used by more than 30 million hacked people.

“Reusable passwords are a risk that can be avoided,” said Dr. Ivan Levy of the Internet Security Commission. “No one should protect data with passwords like their first name, favorite football team, or favorite band. Be creative and use memorable words so no one can guess your password.”
