The Metal Relics is proud to announce the first Metal Relics Festival , a festival featuring only Brazilian bands, which will take place on November 19, 2022, at Legends Music Bar in São Paulo, starting at 6:30 PM.

The festival marks the return of the legendary band Wizards to the stage after 11 years, as well as the debut of the band Caravellus with their new lineup in São Paulo. Another big name is Aquaria , performing live after a long time. To complete the lineup, the bands Living Metal (with Yara Häag ) and XFears (with Ciça Moreira ) will showcase the renewal of the Brazilian scene.

Festival organizer Jorge Araújo , owner of Metal Relics, explains: “Brazilian Metal has always been present in my listening experience. Bringing the Metal Relics Festival to life is not only an achievement, but an opportunity to put good music on the agenda for more people!”

ABOUT THE WIZARDS

After a ten-year hiatus, the band is now returning with the re-release of all their albums by Metal Relics and is preparing for the release of a new album in 2022, marking the return of the band's big shows. The lineup that will perform at the festival is Christian Passos (vocals), Léo Mancini (guitar), Gabriel Triani (drums), and Mendel Ben Waisberg (bass). “We are very excited about our new CD and returning to the stage with Wizards alongside this heavyweight team. The Metal Relics Festival is here to stay,” said Christian Passos.

ABOUT CARAVELLUS

The band Caravellus resumes its career with the audacious concept album *Inter Mundos *. In the narrative of the Recife-based group's third album of original material, universal themes such as class struggle, corruption, religious intolerance, life and death are addressed by musicians Glauber Oliveira (guitar), Leandro Caçoilo (vocals), Daniel Felix (keyboards), Emerson Dácio (bass), and Rafael Ferreira (drums). This will be the band's first show in São Paulo. “The Metal Relics Festival is already making history, uniting big names in national metal in an unmissable night. For Caravellus, a magical moment. On November 19th, we will perform * Inter Mundos* on the Legends stage. It will be the launch show for this anthological album! We await you all!”, said Glauber Oliveira.

ABOUT AQUARIA

Aquaria is a symphonic power metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. After recording some demos, Aquaria released their first album, Luxaeterna, in 2005, whose concept is the creation of the world. In 2020, the band returned with their third album, Alethea , released in Japan and Brazil. The band consists of Vitor Veiga (vocals), Luciano de Souza (guitar), Fernando Giovannetti (bass), Thomás Martinoia (drums), and Alberto Kury (keyboards).

ABOUT LIVING METAL

After a successful debut a few years ago, and international shows and projects, Living Metal presents the release of their album *Do You Believe In Steel?* Metal Relics Festival features tracks influenced by big names in traditional Heavy Metal such as Accept , Judas Priest , Saxon , Manowar , and others. The show will include a guest appearance by Yara Häag , vocalist of the band Blades of Steel . The band consists of Pedro Zupo (vocals), Jonas Soares (guitar), Rafael Romanelli (guitar), Jean Praelli (drums), and João Ribeiro (bass).

ABOUT XFEARS

The band will bring a very special show to the audience, featuring songs from their debut album, The First . This will be the band's launch show in São Paulo, showcasing songs from their first album. The band is currently in pre-production for their second album. The show will include a special guest appearance by vocalist Ciça Moreira , a 15-year-old singer. XFEARS consists of Gabriel Carvalho (vocals and keyboards), Marcelo Monteiro (guitar), Gilmar Cazagrande (guitar), Ricardo Roque (bass), and Douglas Pólents (drums).
