Iron Maiden, Nightwish and Epica will be playing in the coming weeks
Until the middle of the last decade, concerts by Western bands in China were rare and usually limited to pop artists such as Madonna, Jean Michel Jarre, Mariah Carey, and others.
With the opening of the Chinese economy, this scenario has changed a lot in the last 10 years, and the Rock and Metal audience, which was limited to receiving sporadic visits from a Deep Purple here or a Sebastian Bach there, has started to receive constant visits from major artists.
Last year, for example, fans had the opportunity to see numerous performances in the country, from Muse to Artillery, from Bon Jovi to Children Of Bodom.
Now China seems to have definitively entered the world concert circuit. In just the next 30 days, the Chinese will have the opportunity to see Epica, Nightwish, and Ed Force One bringing Iron Maiden .
