The charges were filed in August.

According to The Spokesman-Review , two members of the band Decapitated are being extradited to Spokane, Washington to face charges of kidnapping and rape.

Drummer Michal Lysejko and guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka were transferred from a Los Angeles prison to Spokane on Monday night, February 2nd, while the other band members, vocalist Rafal Piotrowski and bassist Hubert Wiecek, will follow on a date yet to be announced.

The accusations were made by a fan who was with her friend at a Decapitated concert and, after the show, were invited for drinks on the band's tour bus.

According to the case documents, when the woman realized something was wrong, she tried to leave, but the vocalist prevented her. The description states: “She tried to push Piotrowski away, but he grabbed her arm and turned her so that she was facing the bathroom sink and mirror.”

The victim was taken to the hospital, and doctors confirmed that her injuries were consistent with her story.

The band members denied the accusations and were arrested in Los Angeles, California. Now, they will face the charges, and according to their lawyer, the other side of the story will be revealed.
