Band accepts extradition

The four members of the Polish band Decapitated, accused of gang rape , appeared in court in Los Angeles yesterday and agreed to be extradited to Spokane, Washington, where the alleged crime occurred.

The band, consisting of Michal Lysejko, 31, Waclaw Kieltyka, 35, Rafal Piotrowski, 31, and Hubert Wiecek, 30, was being held in Los Angeles without bail, awaiting extradition. The lawyer representing Decapitated stated that the band “plans to fight the charges and is confident that their side of the story will be heard.”

Spokane police investigators are looking for witnesses, photos, videos, or accounts from anyone who was near the band's bus at the time of the incident, on the evening of August 31st.
