Last Saturday, the 6th, Megadeth in South America, with a performance in Lima, Peru.
The band arrives in Brazil on April 18th for a single show in São Paulo, at Espaço Unimed.
In total, sixteen songs made up the setlist ( via setlist.fm ), including the debut of "The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!", and the first time they played "Devil's Island" since 2014.

Kiko Loureiro's departure
In September 2023, Megadeth's then-guitarist, Kiko Loureiro , announced he was leaving the band, and Teemu Mäntysaari was brought in to fill the position.
During the interview, the musician was highly praised by Dave Mustaine , who called him an "exceptional guitarist" and said that the Brazilian himself recommended him.
