Megadeth 's mascot , Vic Rattlehead , will get a Funko Pop version inspired by the album Rust in Peace (1990), the first with guitarist Marty Friedman and the late drummer Nick Menza in the lineup.
In the collection, the doll recreates the album cover by wearing the famous suit and holding a green jewel with its eyes, mouth, and ears locked shut.
The edition, which does not yet have a release date, is part of the Pop! Rocks series. Pre-orders are already available on the Funko and Hot Topic .
In addition to Megadeth, Funko Fair 2023 revealed other artists featured in this series. Cher , Cyndi Lauper , Jimi Hendrix , and TLC are the names that join the list.
Vic Rattlehead wasn't the first mascot to receive a Funko Pop. Eddie , from Iron Maiden , and Knucklehead , from Five Finger Death Punch , were also honored by the manufacturer.
