Megadeth releases “I Don't Care”, the second single from their farewell album.

The new self-titled album will be released on January 23, 2026.

Megadeth released their new single and music video, "I Don't Care," this Friday, the 14th. This is the second track from their upcoming farewell album , titled Megadeth . The release is scheduled for January 23, 2026, through the Tradecraft , owned by vocalist Dave Mustaine.

In addition to the 10 tracks, Dave Mustaine reported that the band recorded three additional songs as bonus tracks, one of which is a cover of Metallica's "Ride The Lightning ." The guitarist and vocalist also announced the release of a new memoir, the details of which will be revealed in the coming months.

The new track follows “Tipping Point” , released last month, and marks the band's first recordings with new guitarist Teemu Mantysaari , who replaced Kiko Loureiro in 2023.

Megadeth has confirmed a single performance in Brazil on May 2, 2026, at Espaço Unimed in São Paulo, as part of their Farewell Tour . Tickets are already sold out.
