The band is preparing the successor to Dystopia (2016), which has yet to be named.

Megadeth has begun the recording process for the successor to Dystopia (2016), according to posts on their social media.

Although no release date has been announced, the album is expected to be released sometime in 2020, despite the band's plans having anticipated the release this year.
