Bassist Dave Ellefson speaks in an interview.

In an interview with SpazioRock, Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson revealed that the band is already compiling riffs for their next album, which will follow the 2016 release, Dystopia .

“We’re starting to compile. The process is usually, we compile riffs, we compile some lyrics, and we start putting things together, we start thinking. We’ve been talking on the bus at night about the process, the place, things about how we’re going to make the next album. Quite a lot of that. It’s good that we’re already looking ahead like this.” .

The bassist said the band should start working on the album later this year: "We'll finish the tour in November and then the intention is to start working on the new album."

Megadeth will be coming to Brazil to play on October 31st in São Paulo at Espaço das Américas and on November 1st in Rio de Janeiro at Vivo Rio. Tickets can be purchased here .
