Trivium frontman Matt Heafy has released an acoustic cover of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down".

In the video, Heafy appears playing guitar and singing, delivering a calmer and more relaxed version of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' cover.

Tom Petty died at age 66 after being found unconscious in his California home.
