Slipknot's "Solway Firth" received a cover by vocalist Matt Heafy.
Matt Heafy of Trivium released an acoustic version of "Solway Firth" just 24 hours after the song was released.
Heafy worked his usual magic, transforming a hyper-aggressive track into something acoustic. It's hard to imagine this considering the density of the original, with its layered percussion and DJ Sid Wilson .
This isn't the first cover of "We Are Not Your Kind" that he's done. "Unsainted" also got a version by Heafy.
