Matanza Ritual has announced the launch show for their debut album, A Vingança é Meu Motor, for September 27th at Circo Voador, Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Tickets are already on sale at the Eventim website.
After touring cities in the South, Midwest, and Southeast regions of Brazil, the launch show for " A Vingança é Meu Motor" (Revenge is My Engine) arrives in Rio de Janeiro. The performance will feature classics from the band, such as "Rei Morto" (Dead King) and "Morte Súbita" (Sudden Death), and a setlist with one of the 13 tracks from their new heavy and visceral album, which blends thrash metal, hardcore, and country, combined with lyrics full of irony, social criticism, and reflections on human chaos.
Lead singer Jimmy London commented: “The album conveys this sense of urgency, of finite time to make decisions and deal with their consequences. It’s the perfect soundtrack for chaotic times.”
