Mastodon's last album was released in 2017
Mastodon released an animated music video for the song "Clandestiny," which is part of the album Emperor Of Sand , released in 2017. The video was made by Brazilian Ariel Costa.
In September, Mastodon released a new EP with four unreleased tracks. Cold Dark Place was made available digitally, on CD, and vinyl.
The band won a Grammy in the "Best Metal Performance" category.
