Marko Hietala , renowned bassist and vocalist, formerly a member of the band Nightwish , shared a touching initiative on his official Instagram profile.

The musician announced special items for auction to raise funds to support the treatment of Alice, a brave little Brazilian girl battling cancer. Alice's case is particularly challenging as she was diagnosed with grade 4 neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of the disease, which has spread to other parts of her body.

Hietala is contributing to this noble cause by making available to interested parties two unique plaques related to Nightwish's gold records. One is from the 2011 Imaginaerum Endless Forms Most Beautiful . Both plaques have an invaluable emotional significance for fans of the band, making this auction initiative even more special.

By bidding, you can not only acquire a unique piece of musical memorabilia, but also significantly contribute to Alice's treatment and help her family face the financial challenges that have arisen during this difficult journey.

“The first item I’m announcing that’s up for auction on eBay is a commemorative gold vinyl record celebrating sales of the album Imaginaerum in Poland. It will be up for auction for the next 10 days, so hurry if you want to bid. The item can be signed by me, at the buyer’s request, and I will personally ship it to the lucky buyer,” said Marko Hietala in a post on his Instagram account.

The auction was available until September 13th at 12 PM on the eBay . The starting bid was around R$13,000.00.
