Mark Tremonti surprised everyone by announcing his first Christmas-themed album.
The guitarist, producer, and founding member of bands such as Alter Bridge , Creed, and Tremonti will release the album Christmas Classic New & Old, featuring nine Christmas classics and one original song written by himself. The project is scheduled for release on October 27th.
This isn't the first time Tremonti has surprised audiences by stepping away from heavy metal. His album, Mark Tremonti Sings Frank Sinatra Frank Sinatra 's songs , was a huge success. So much so that the musician decided to repeat the collaboration with the orchestra on his new Christmas album.
The album's tracklist includes songs like "This Christmas," "Jingle Bells," and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas." Mark's original composition is called "Christmas Morning."
