Mark Morton reveals that Lamb of God is working on a new album and says he's excited.

"Lamb of God is in full swing, for sure."

While preparing for the release of his first solo album, Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton reveals that the band remains active and is preparing new material.

“Lamb of God is definitely going full steam ahead,” he said during an interview with Full Metal Jackie , “We’re currently working on new material and I’m very excited about it.”

Lamb of God's last release was in May 2018 and was the covers album Legion: XX . Before that, the group had released an EP titled The Duke in 2016.

With no release date yet for the Lamb of God album, fans can look forward to Anesthetic , Morton's solo album, which will be released on March 1st.
