Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton has released the music video for "All I Had to Lose." The song is part of Morton's new solo EP, Ether , released today.
The track, which is a thrilling ballad, features Mark Morales from the band Sons of Texas .
“'All I Had to Lose' is a very personal song for me, especially the lyrics. It's about two people who inspire each other to improve. It's about surviving trauma, chaos, and addiction. It's about finding gratitude and hope,” Morton comments.
Ether follows Morton's first solo album, Anesthetic (2019). In addition to "All I Had To Lose," the EP features songs with guest appearances by Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Howard Jones (Killswitch Engage) , and John Carbone (Moon Tooth) .
Mark Morales also appears on the song "Black," a Pearl Jam , which closes the EP.
