The Mariutti Metal Fest has announced its second edition for March of this year! The event, organized by Luis Mariutti from Shaman , will take place in São Paulo and will feature a show by the band Sinistra .
The date was chosen to celebrate the bassist's 51st birthday in advance, which is on March 22nd. "I'm going to gather friends and bandmates to throw a big party!" commented the artist. "This second edition is going to be amazing. I'm sure we'll surpass ourselves and solidify this event on the national metal calendar."
Mariutti Metal Fest takes place on March 19th at the La Iglesia concert hall in São Paulo, starting at 8 PM. There will be jams, special guests, and a brand new pocket show by the band Sinistra, formed by Nando Fernandes (vocals), Edu Ardanuy (guitar), Rafael Rosa (drums), and, of course, Luis Mariutti (bass), promising a setlist never before seen live.
The event will follow all health protocols foreseen for the current COVID-19 pandemic scenario and will have limited sales, with only 150 people present on the date. Tickets are already on sale at Clube do Ingresso , priced at R$ 90 (half-price), also available for those who donate 1kg of non-perishable food, and R$ 180 (full price).
