On Tuesday, the 25th, the Gilford Police Department released a statement regarding the case . "Mr. Warner, his agent, and legal team were informed of the arrest warrant some time ago, and there has been no effort on his part to return to New Hampshire and respond to the charges," they explained.

According to the definition in US law, simple assault occurs when the accused attempts to cause, in a premeditated manner or with assumed risk, some physical harm to another person, but without serious injury, in the case of Class A crimes, in which Manson faces charges.
