The accident happened a few weeks ago
Marilyn Manson was performing in New York when he had an accident on stage and was rushed to the hospital.
In an interview with Yahoo , the musician talks about the accident and explains that he wasn't trying to climb the guns that were part of the show's set design.
“I wasn’t trying to climb. It started to fall and I tried to push, but I couldn’t get out in time. I’m not sure where I hit my head, but it fell on my leg and broke my fibula in two places. The pain was excruciating.”
Upon being taken to the hospital, doctors had to operate on the musician and placed eleven screws in his leg.
Manson has postponed his North American tour and hopes to return to the stage on November 5th for the Ozzfest Meets Knotfest festival.
