According to TMZ , Marilyn Manson turned himself in to police last Friday, July 2nd, in connection with the incident for which he was wanted. Manson allegedly spat on video professionals at a concert in New Hampshire in 2019.

The musician reportedly went to the Los Angeles Police Department and went through a registration process before being released on bail, which totaled two thousand dollars. Manson allegedly agreed not to commit any crimes while free, not to have any contact with the victim in question, and to appear at all court hearings.

In a statement, Manson's lawyer, Howard King , commented: “It’s no secret to anyone who’s ever been to a Marilyn Manson show that he likes to be provocative on stage, especially in front of the camera. This allegation of misconduct was made after we received a demand for over $35,000 from a videographer after a small amount of spit came into contact with his arm. After requesting evidence of any alleged damage, we never received a response. This whole story is ridiculous, but we remain committed to cooperating with the authorities, as we have done to date.”

The incident in question has no connection whatsoever with the series of abuses, torture, and violence of which Marilyn Manson has been accused by numerous women in recent months.
