Yolanda Tharpe accused the singer of being a Nazi after he revealed that the two were never engaged. Yolanda also said that Manson didn't associate with African Americans like she did. Following these two accusations, Manson filed a lawsuit against Tharpe, seeking €30,000 in damages.
Manson claims he doesn't know Tharpe and is suing her on five counts: defamation, violation of publicity laws, illegal use of his name for commercial gain, and psychological harm. Tharpe says Manson has been stalking her and is responsible for the deaths of her two cats.
