Actress Esmé Bianco , who played the character Ros in the series Game of Thrones , has filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson , accusing the singer of rape and assault.
Earlier this year, several women revealed they had been victims of sexual violence by the singer, but this was the first case to reach the justice system. Manson is already being investigated by the Los Angeles police for allegedly abusing his ex-girlfriend, actress Evan Rachel Wood.
The news of the lawsuit was revealed by TMZ , which released the documents this Friday, the 30th. In them, Esmé Bianco describes how, in 2009, she was drugged, raped, and assaulted in a torture session with a whip that the singer claimed had been used by Nazi soldiers.
She also says that this was not the only occasion in which she suffered sexual violence from Marilyn Manson. "These acts included punches, bites, cuts and whippings, all without the victim's consent."
The violence allegedly began when the actress was filming the music video for "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies," during which she was assaulted by the singer for four consecutive days. Later, he took Esmé Bianco from England to the US to film a supposed horror movie, which was never completed, and continued to assault and rape her on several occasions, according to the accusation.
The singer's former manager, Tony Ciulla , is also accused in the case of human trafficking, due to the trip for an alleged recording session in the US, where rapes and assaults occurred. The manager left Manson after the accusations surfaced and has not commented on the case so far.
In February, Marilyn Manson lost his contract with Loma Vista Records following abuse allegations and denied the accusations, saying that all his relationships were consensual.
