Marilyn Manson is being sued for sexual abuse of a minor, and record labels are cited as accomplices.

A new report accuses the singer of having sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl.

Marilyn Manson is cited in a new lawsuit, this time involving accusations of sexual assault against a minor.

Manson – whose legal name is Brian Warner – had already been the target of multiple lawsuits in recent years involving accusations of sexual assault, torture, and physical and psychological violence.

According to Rolling Stone , the plaintiff in the new lawsuit, now an adult, used the alias "Jane Doe" to anonymously sign the suit. She also names the record labels Nothing Records and Interscope , accusing them of negligence and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.

The account is quite lengthy. The author claims to have met Marilyn Manson in 1995, after a show in Dallas, when she was 16 years old. After the show, she was allegedly invited onto the singer's tour bus, where he asked her age, grade level, home address, and phone number.

The lawsuit alleges: “While on the tour bus, the defendant Warner performed several acts of criminal sexual conduct against the plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including, but not limited to, forced intercourse and vaginal penetration.” At the time of the alleged crime, and even today, the minimum age for consensual sex in the state of Texas is 17 years old.

After the incident, Manson allegedly laughed at the plaintiff and kicked her off his bus, threatening to kill "her and her family" if she told anyone what had happened. A member of his team allegedly gave the young woman a phone number along with a password, in case she wanted to meet with Manson again. The plaintiff then allegedly began using drugs and consuming alcohol after the incident, and claims that Manson communicated with her and asked for explicit photos of her and her friends.

The singer allegedly convinced the young woman, who was still 16, to meet him in New Orleans, where he allegedly sexually abused her again, but behaved more amicably afterward, saying he would like to see her again. The minimum age for consensual sex in New Orleans was, and still is, 17.

When she turned 18, the plaintiff allegedly moved to Los Angeles at the request of her then-boyfriend, drummer Chris Vrenna of Nine Inch Nails . She reportedly attended two more Marilyn Manson concerts in Dallas and New Orleans and then spent four weeks touring with the musician and his band, using drugs and being "groomed, harassed, and sexually abused" by him.

The young woman alleges that during this period, Manson gained a certain psychological control over her, claiming she had shared some vulnerabilities with the singer, who used this information as a form of control and exploitation. She also alleges that throughout the tour, Marilyn Manson convinced her to "have sex with him and other band members or his assistant at the same time."

In addition to the accusations of sexual violence, the plaintiff also alleges that she suffered psychologically through the "emotional manipulation" committed by Manson, which included "hostile and verbally abusive behavior." She also accuses the record labels Nothing Records and Interscope of being "very aware of the defendant Warner's obsession with sexual violence and child sexual abuse," as well as knowing about the singer's predatory behavior with minors and "aiding and abetting such behavior."

The plaintiff intends for damages to be determined through a trial, in addition to "an order prohibiting the defendants from future unlawful labor practices, including, but not limited to, exposing minors and vulnerable adults to sexual abuse and exploitation."

Marilyn Manson and Esmé Bianco reach a legal settlement.

In 2021, actress Esmé Bianco , known for her role in the HBO series Game of Thrones , sued Brian Warner with allegations of sexual and physical abuse and human trafficking .

Last month, both parties opted to end the lawsuit with a settlement, the terms of which are not yet public knowledge. According to a statement from the actress's lawyer, Jay Ellwanger , provided to NME , Esmé has "agreed to settle her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in order to move forward with her life and career."

In early January , the actress stated that after making her accusations against Marilyn Manson public, the singer allegedly sabotaged potential work opportunities for her on purpose. As an example, Esmé Bianco cited an incident in which Manson contacted a member of the Deftones to "confront" him about the band's decision to use a photo of Bianco in the artwork for their upcoming tour.
