Marilyn Manson received the fine and sentence for spitting on a photographer during a concert in 2019.

Manson received an arrest warrant in 2021 for allegedly spitting on photographer Susan Fountain while she was working in the pit at a concert in New Hampshire in 2019, and then spitting on her arms.

Initially, the singer pleaded "not guilty," and the defense argued that the photographer had "consented" to any "accidental contact" with Manson's bodily fluids, since "the defendant's performances over the past twenty years are known to include suggestive antics similar to those that occurred here."

In July, Marilyn Manson accepted a plea of no contest to a misdemeanor charge, meaning he would not contest the charge but also would not admit guilt. Last Monday, the 18th, the singer appeared in court to receive a sentence of 20 hours of community service and a fine of $1,200.

The full video of Manson's sentencing was released by local radio station WMUR , as well as footage recorded of the moment the singer spat on photographer Susan Fountain.
