The musician was injured during a performance
Marilyn Manson suffered an accident during a show in New York on Saturday night, the 30th.
While performing the song "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)," the singer attempted to hang from a prop that was part of the stage set, but the support gave way and fell.
Manson was unable to move and needed assistance to get off the stage. The performance was immediately cancelled.
He was taken to the hospital immediately and, according to members of his team, he is doing well but will need to postpone the tour.
The shows scheduled for the first half of October will be cancelled, and once Manson has fully recovered, they will decide when the Heaven Upside Down tour will return.
Before the accident, the musician was already experiencing some leg problems when, on the 29th, he twisted his ankle after jumping off the stage to sing "The Beautiful People" in Pittsburgh.
