The album doesn't have a release date yet
Singer Marilyn Manson explained to Loudwire why his new album wasn't released on the last announced date earlier this year. The album was scheduled for February but wasn't released, and in May the musician revealed he had changed the name of the work from Say10 to Heaven Upside Down .
Manson explained that the album's three best songs were written later:
“If the album had been released when I intended, when I thought it would be finished in February, it wouldn't have had the songs 'Revelation #12', 'Heaven Upside Down' or 'Saturnalia'. These songs are essential to telling the story. The lyrics were written but they didn't have a home yet. These three exist like in a film, as an opening, middle and end. And then there's the song that follows 'Heaven Upside Down' which is like the credits song, which runs throughout the album and leaves the interpretation to the listener.”
The next album does not yet have a release date.
