Marilyn Manson is facing a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and human trafficking.

As reported by Rolling Stone , model Ashley Morgan Smithline has filed a lawsuit against Brian Warner, Manson's birth name, detailing the abuse she suffered during a three-year relationship with the artist.

According to court documents, Warner contacted the model in 2010 to invite her to star in a film in Los Angeles. “[He] merely used the film project as a pretext to lure Ms. Smithline to the United States,” the lawsuit alleges.

The romantic relationship between the two began consensually, but soon became abusive and violent. The model also alleges that she received death threats when she tried to end the relationship, which lasted three years, and was constantly pressured to commit suicide. The lawsuit also cites Ashley's diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder, common in victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

“Ms. Smithline was forced to watch videos with scenes from films depicting horrific suicides and child pornography,” the lawsuit states. “This was so intense that it left Ms. Smithline wondering if Mr. Warner wanted her to kill herself. Again, this was intentional conduct motivated by Mr. Warner’s sexual desires.”

In addition to Ashley, the musician is also being sued by three other women , of whom only Esmé Bianco , an actress from Game of Thrones , and Ashley Walters , Warner's former personal assistant , have had their identities revealed. The accusations against the singer also include Evan Rachel Wood , his former fiancée , who named Marilyn Manson as her abuser in February of this year. The defense denies all accusations .
