The bassist will be replaced soon.
After being accused of rape by Jack Off Jill vocalist Jessicka Addams, his ex-girlfriend, bassist Jeordie “Twiggy Ramirez” White will leave the band Marilyn Manson.
Manson announced the news on his social media, saying that he will be replaced at upcoming shows.
Twiggy composed classics such as "The Beautiful People" and "The Dope Show" with Manson and became one of the band's most important figures.
The accusation was made through a lengthy post on Jessicka's official Facebook page, where she recounts that, upon becoming involved in a romantic relationship with the bassist, she suffered numerous instances of physical and psychological abuse.
Explaining why she waited to tell her story, she wrote, “The record label feared that the machine behind Marilyn Manson would use its power to not only destroy Jack Off Jill but also my name. The pressure and guilt that would surround me, with the consequences affecting my bandmates, kept me silent for many years .
It has not yet been announced who will replace Twiggy Ramirez in the upcoming shows of the Heaven Upside Down tour.
I have decided to part ways with Jeordie White as a member of Marilyn Manson. He will be replaced for the upcoming tour. I wish him well.
