The guitarist from Claustrofobia revealed the story behind the riff of the song “The Encrypted”

Last Thursday, the 29th, Marcus D'Angelo Behind The Riff by Jackson Guitars, the famous American manufacturer of heavy metal guitars. In it, the Claustrofobia recounts the behind-the-scenes story of the riff for the track " The Encrypted ," which is part of the album Unleeched (2022).

“It was a pleasure to be able to exemplify, through Jackson's official media, how I developed my way of playing metal with this Brazilian and South American flavor, not only bringing the experience of mixing rhythms but applying it in a hybrid way without losing the essence and spirit of true metal. In this way, I believe I am not only showing the Brazilian style of metal to the world, but also representing and expressing tropical metal in general,” the musician revealed in a statement released to the press.

"I've had a genuine relationship with these Jackson guitars since 1994. These instruments complete me, and besides being the best guitars for my needs, the brand's stance truly represents me: Attitude, Authenticity, and Loyalty.".

In addition to " Behind The Riff ," Claustrofobia's songs "Força Além da Força" and "Neuro Massacre" were included in the instrument manufacturer's official Spotify playlist. The first is a Portuguese version of "Strength Beyond Strength" by Pantera .

Unleeched is the band's seventh album and was released in digital and physical formats in Brazil by the Wikimetal Music .
