Manger Cadavre? announced this Thursday, the 5th, a special tour in Brazil celebrating 15 years of their career. Dates and ticket information are available on the band's social media.
The anniversary tour has already begun and will cover more than 30 cities across Brazil until the end of the year, visiting all regions and including destinations new to the group, such as Manaus, Volta Redonda, Santa Maria and Varginha, with a setlist that features the current album and revisits older songs.
The shows reaffirm the restless spirit of Manger Cadavre?. A band that has never slowed down, that has transformed resistance into daily practice, and that continues to expand its reach, now also reaching stages it had never before performed on, looking to the future and establishing itself as an example of prosperity within the underground.
“Growing old in this circuit is quite a burden, as the body demands a break, and mine has been doing so this past year, but even so, I try to find a balance to keep going, because I would be unhappy if I didn't have the life I have today. For 15 years, the desire to create sound and play, even with all the setbacks and difficulties, remains the same! Approaching 40, I still have the same excitement to make music as I did at 24 or 25 years old,” said vocalist Nata de Lima.
Founded by drummer Marcelo Kruszynski in São José dos Campos (SP), Manger Cadavre? has had several incarnations. The current (and third) lineup, established 6 years ago, features Nata de Lima (vocals), Marcelo Kruszynski (drums), Paulo Alexandre (guitar), and Bruno Henrique (bass).
Currently, the group is already composing their fifth album, with recordings scheduled to begin in early 2027.
