Last Saturday, Måneskin played the final show of their North American tour in Las Vegas and ended the night by smashing their instruments on stage.

In an Instagram post , the band explains that the chaotic moment wasn't planned, but that they loved the experience, and they thank their American fans for welcoming them.

Despite Måneskin's contentment in showcasing a rock 'n' roll attitude reminiscent of their earlier days, some fans disliked the band's approach and filled the post's comments with negative criticism.

"Maybe you see this as 'old school' rock and roll, but that's all it is: outdated. It's just a waste of a great instrument, materials, and the time of whoever built it. And it's not cool," commented one internet user.

"Destroying instruments is not cool in any way, it just shows you have money to burn. Honestly, it gives the impression that you don't care at all," wrote another fan.

A third internet user further commented that while the band is breaking their instruments, street musicians or music schools could use them, as well as people who dream of similar equipment and need to save a lot to get it. "You guys need to grow up a little," they concluded.
