The performance showcased the band's personality and the reason for their current popularity.

Måneskin made his debut at the 2021 American Music Awards last night, the 21st, with a live performance.

The Italian band was nominated for the Favorite Trending Song for their version of "Beggin'".

The Eurovision winners brought this song, which was originally popularized by the American group The Four Seasons in the 1960s, to the live show in Los Angeles.

Wearing matching black suits, the band performed an energetic version of the song, which began with vocalist Damiano David singing an extended a cappella introduction.

Furthermore, Måneskin was the support band for the Rolling Stones in Las Vegas earlier this month and earned Mick Jagger after the show. The iconic frontman shared a photo with the Italian group on Twitter, captioning the post: “Great night in Vegas with @thisismaneskin”.

Jagger isn't the first rock icon to praise the band. Earlier this year, Iggy Pop joined them for a new version of the single "I Wanna Be Your Slave." Regarding the collaboration, Måneskin said: "It was an honor that Iggy loved our music and wanted to work with us. It was moving to see him sing 'I Wanna Be Your Slave' live in front of us; it was very powerful to see such a great artist being so open and friendly."
