A crazy American made a video in which he faces Hurricane Matthew to the sound of "Raining Blood ." The video, posted on October 7th, already has over 23 million views and can be seen below.
Hurricane Matthew struck parts of Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, and caused the most destruction in Haiti, where hundreds of people died.
