The incident happened in Virginia, USA
A man was arrested in Virginia last weekend for selling counterfeit tickets to a Black Sabbath concert in Bristow.
The accusation came from a buyer who initiated contact with the seller through Craigslist (an classifieds website) and, after purchasing the tickets, called Ticketmaster, suspecting that the tickets were fake.
Following an investigation, police arrested 34-year-old Shannon Michael Seeber and found numerous fraudulent tickets to concerts by Black Sabbath, Drake, Adele, and Barbara Streisand at his home. Additionally, authorities found an illegal firearm and various fake federal agency IDs in his car.
Seeber was arrested for fraud, forgery, possession of fake government identification, and drug possession, and was released after posting $35,000 bail. Police released a photo of the suspect in an attempt to help other victims of counterfeit ticket purchases.
