Two of the biggest names in pop punk today, WILLOW and Machine Gun Kelly , have teamed up with veteran Travis Barker for a new laid-back anthem called "emo girl".

The song describes the dream girl of both Willow and Gun Kelly, citing several characteristics of traditional emo culture, such as fishnet stockings and heavy makeup, while also blending in modern elements by mentioning that the girl in question knows how to sing all the trap lyrics.

In the music video, Travis Barker appears as a school teacher taking children to see a film whose main attraction is the two modern rock stars. "emo girl" is part of Machine Gun Kelly's sixth album, Mainstream Sellout (initially called Born With Horns ), which is scheduled for release on March 25th.

The blink-182 is already familiar with the work of the former rapper and Will Smith 's daughter , having worked with her on the album Lately I Feel Everything and produced Gun Kelly's most recent album, Tickets To My Downfall .
