Loudwire posted a list today of the 10 best bands in Latin America according to its editors. The post states:
"You think it's hard to succeed in rock? Try doing it in a developing nation, where owning an instrument or simply having access to music education can be a luxury, where basic needs are a priority (you know, like food!). Things that developed countries never stop to truly appreciate.".
