On Wednesday, the 21st, Lollapalooza Brazil opened general ticket sales for the Pass category, which once again sparked comments about the high price of the tickets. Last Monday, the 19th, constant complaints about discrepancies in information regarding prices led Procon-SP ( to notify T4F Entretenimento about ticket sales for the 2023 edition.

A pre-sale for Bradesco had already taken place last Friday, the 16th, and the high demand caused the tickets to sell out in less than a day, even though the pre-sale was scheduled for five days. Since the prices were announced, however, many consumers have been complaining about the high price of the tickets, which had a lower price than the half-price ticket at R$900, giving access to all 3 days of the festival, and already including discounts – which contradicts the information provided by Banco Bradesco .

According to the notification from Procon-SP (São Paulo's consumer protection agency), T4F must inform the prices of each ticket type for the festival by this Friday, the 23rd. The information must include details of the Lolla Pass, Lolla Day, Lolla Lounge by Vivo, and Lolla Comfort by Next packages, with a breakdown of all applicable costs, such as fees, shipping, and promotional discounts.

Furthermore, the company must prove the number of tickets made available for pre-sale and general sale in all categories and sectors, and submit a complete list of all bands and acts that will participate in the festival. Although Lollapalooza has not yet confirmed any official acts, several names have already been leaked by insiders, which may have influenced the high demand for tickets.
