The organizers of the Lollapalooza  Brasil have announced the lineup for the 2026 edition. The event will take place on March 20, 21 and 22 at the Interlagos racetrack, in the southern region of São Paulo.

Tickets are on sale through the Ticketmaster website . Prices range from R$ 792.00 (half-price, available in 12 interest-free installments) to R$ 1,584 (full price, without discount for social entry).

Among the many names in the global pop scene, there is also a selection of names that have been standing out in the rock scene in recent years.

Among established names and others that are gradually winning the hearts of rock and metal fans, Wikimetal has listed the national and international rock bands you need to know:

Deftones

One of the most requested acts by the public returns to Brazil after 10 years. The influential American alternative metal band is known for blending sonic aggression with emotionally charged atmospheric moods. Their most recent work, Private Music, is their tenth studio album, released on August 22, 2025.

Hurricanes

The rising star of Brazilian rock will make their Lollapalooza debut. Hurricanes has been drawing attention for their repertoire dedicated to classic rock and blues, as well as their energetic live performances. The quartet released their second studio album, Back to the Basement Deep Purple , Led Zeppelin , Free , and many other bands as their main influences

Cypress Hill

The iconic group returns to Brazil promising another energetic show. Cypress Hill gained notoriety with their unique style that blends heavy metal, aggressive rap, psychedelic grooves, and a strong Latin American identity, in addition to being known for their activism in favor of cannabis legalization.

Papangu

Another rising band on the national scene, Papangu has already been part of the Knotfest Brasil  2024 and promises to make history with its Lollapalooza debut. The Brazilian progressive rock band is known not only for its blend of sludge metal, progressive rock, stoner and zeuhl, but also for its Brazilian rhythms, evoking names like Mastodon, King Crimson, Magma and the regional psychedelia of the 70s.

Turnstile

Known for their explosive and intense shows, Turnstile is considered a phenomenon in the current Hardcore scene – icons like James Hetfield of Metallica and Rob Halford of Judas Priest have been seen enjoying a show by the band. The band, which was in Brazil recently, in April 2024, released their fourth album Never Enough in June of this year, and promises to deliver a show full of new material.

The Warning

Mexican band formed by sisters Daniela “Dany” , Paulina “Pau” and Alejandra “Ale”  Villarreal, who made their debut in Brazil in March of this year , participating in The Offspring . The trio is one of the biggest sensations of the new generation of Rock, full of attitude and powerful riffs.

Interpol

Interpol will return to reunite with their Brazilian fans, after having played in Brazil in June of last year. A central part of the post-punk revival scene of the 2000s, they are frequently compared to Joy Division and Echo & the Bunnymen , and deliver a dense and immersive performance.

Viagra Boys

Another highlight is the Swedish band Viagra Boys , considered by Josh  Homme of Queens of the Stone Age as one of his favorite bands in recent years. The band delivers modern punk without abandoning the old-school attitude of the style. This will be the band's first performance in Brazil, after having canceled their participation in Primavera Sound 2022.
