The band Inhaler , led by Bono Vox , Elijah Hewson , made its debut in Brazil on Thursday night, the 27th, in a side show at Audio, and performed at Lollapalooza Brasil 2025 on Friday afternoon, the 28th.

The third act on the Samsung Galaxy Stage, Inhaler was formed in 2012, has released three albums – It Won't Always Be Like This (2021), Cuts & Bruises (2023) and Open Wide (2025) – and is composed of Robert Keating (bass), Josh Bartholomew Jenkinson (guitar and keyboards) and Ryan McMahon (drums), in addition to Elijah (guitar and vocals).

The Inhaler stage had already been drawing loyal fans to the stage since early afternoon, but the rain delayed the crowd's plans. Around 3:30 pm on Friday, a storm and lightning warning brought Lollapalooza Brasil 2025 to a standstill, forcing shows to be paused and fans to take shelter and move away from metal structures.

Even so, the show must go on – and it did. With 20 minutes to go before the scheduled end of the Irish band's set, the guys from Inhaler took to the stage for a show that continued after the scheduled time. Even with the drizzle tormenting the audience, the similarity in Elijah and Bono Vox's vocals was clear – for U2 who like to step outside their comfort zone, Inhaler is a breath of fresh air. The band manages to maintain the modernity of alternative rock while still entertaining the older audience with their undeniable stage presence.

The setlist included songs like “Your House,” “Eddie in the Darkness,” and “Who’s Your Money On,” and the show ended with the hit “My Honest Face”—and even a welcome appearance of the sun. Despite all the unexpected events, the audience didn't seem disappointed with the performance.
