Get ready: Lollapalooza Brazil has announced the dates for the next edition of the festival, which takes place annually at the Interlagos racetrack in São Paulo, over three days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Always held in the first half of each year, the next Lollapalooza Brazil will take place on March 24, 25 and 26, 2023, exactly one year after the edition that returned after the pandemic. It is still too early to expect confirmation of acts, but the event organizers promised "new information soon" when confirming the festival dates.
Rock and metal at Lollapalooza Brazil
Although Lollapalooza Brazil is best known for its alternative, independent, or pop music acts, it doesn't neglect rock and even metal in its lineup. The 2022 edition featured bands like Turnstile , A Day To Remember , The Strokes , and Alexisonfire . If it weren't for the tragic death of Taylor Hawkins , the event would also have included Foo Fighters . In previous editions, even Metallica has performed at the festival, so we can have high expectations for next year.
