Metallica plays a 9-minute medley of 4 Rainbow songs (comprising A Light In The Black, Tarot Woman, Stargazer, and Kill The King ), entitled Ronnie Rising Medley .
Lars Ulrich commented on the band's participation in the album: "Dio contributed a lot to Metallica's DNA, with the heavy, blues-influenced sound of the '70s. It was relatively easy to compile all of that, because it's very much where we come from."
The Ronnie James Dio tribute album is scheduled for release in Brazil on May 19th.
