Listen to the jazz version of a thrash metal anthem
YouTuber Andy Rehfelt, famous for his unusual versions of metal songs, released a jazz version of Metallica's absolute classic, "Master of Puppets".
The song, which gives its title to Metallica's third album, was released in 1986. The album was the last with bassist Cliff Burton, who died that same year in a tour bus accident in Sweden. Considered a masterpiece by the band, the work received Platinum certification in several countries.
Andy has already done covers of songs by Soundgarden, Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Suffocation, Bloodbath, Slipknot, Korn, and Motörhead. Watch his jazz version of Metallica below.
